No Refunds: All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may request a replacement within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Proof Requirement: To initiate a replacement request, customers must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Please email your proof to GAFShingleSamples@source4.com. 

Initiating Replacement: After we receive and evaluate your proof, we'll guide you through the replacement process.
